Sorry Mr*** had a unsatisfactory wash on his vehicleI have my phone # posted on a 2'X2' sign in every wash bay that states if there are any problems please call XXX-XXX-XXXXAlso the same 2'X2' sign is posted on the front of the
building also with the XXX-XXX-XXXX which is the 4th sign posted for customers with problemsAnd I'm sorry I do not have a email as I posted the signs with my contract phone # instead so the minute something is not correct I know about it, where the internet is un-reliable as I live in the county and works poorlyUnfortunately the phone # Mr*** called is only for century link internet for the cash machines to be able to run credit/debit cards at cash machine readersAs with the scratches to his vehicle I find it hard time finding that the machine damaged itI started/owned *** when I built it & have not had incident of a vehicle being dented, scratched, or marred scuffsAny further questions feel free to call meI will refund Mr*** money for the wash - just let me know
