I received a request for a refund from my customer on November 20, 2016. I tried to resolve the situation with the customer explaining I only give refunds if the cake is returned or they can provide me with some type of proof that the cake was discarded. The customer was unable to provide me with...

any such proof. We initially came to an agreement that I was to provide one dozen gourmet filled cupcakes to be delivered on Wednesday November 23, 2016. I received a message from the customer on Tuesday stating she had changed her mind and this would not be a satisfactory resolution. She then stated if I didn't refund her money she would have her friends and family trash my business by leaving multiple negative reviews. That in fact is exactly what this customer has done. At this point, I am only willing to resolve this by refunding the customer half of the product purchased which was $68 for cake and cupcakes if the negative reviews prompted by her sister and her daughter are removed from my Facebook cake page. Once those reviews are removed and taken down I will happily refund the customer 50% of the product purchase.
