I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I[redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am sending this response to you in regards of the information that you have sent to me regarding my complaint [redacted] is not being truthful with you as he was also not truthful when dealing with me. Because of the circumstances; I have had to borrow another vehicle which had also put the owner in a bind. When I was unable to obtain that vehicle, I had to pay out of my pocket for someone to take me to and from work, doctor appointments and etc. This is causing me financial hardship and making me to be bothersome to others that are having to help me out. It is putting wear and tear on their vehicles and taking their time from their daily lives. I have also enclosed a copy of [redacted] response to the [redacted]laim. In the letters he had written to the Revdex.com and the [redacted], I have noticed that [redacted] had stated different mileages in his letters. He does not appear to be truthful with all his information that he is sending to the offices of Revdex.com and the [redacted] After reviewing [redacted]esponse to the offices, I noticed that in his letter to the [redacted]l, he stated that he will pay half of the expenses to repair the engine and the labor. In the response he had written to the Revdex.com he had stated that he was willing to share some of the costs. I have decided that if [redacted] will pay half of the engine repair and the labor costs, that I will accept that offer. I am accepting this offer because I do not want to have to deal with [redacted] anymore, these last 7 months having to deal with this has stressed me out!
Regards,

This lady brought back Jeep after warranty expired. We are in the process of putting a new motor in it. The Jeep had 115,000 miles when she bought it. But were willing to share some of the cost. New motor cost 21 hundred dollars plus labor 1200. That's all we can do.
