Michaels went to the customers home. Upon arrival we found the customers gas valve was turned off. This was the malfunction onthe first service call.Also, while at the first call the customer voiced her displeasure at her thermostat,so we scheduled an appointment and brought back a new thermostat...

 next day. The thermostat was Not the malfunction. Later in the week the customer called back. This time the dampiner would not open. A separate malfunction from the initial call. The customer does not agree with this aassessment.We are willing to refund her 100 dollars, but do not agree with her assessment of the situation. thank you.
