Michael's Family Restaurant

Review: I went to the to eat hear for breakfast as a part of a larger group we had a reservation for 30-40 and were seated in the back room. My bill is 2 adults me and my husband, my daughter age 11 and our 20 month old son. My husband paid the bill and he included a gracious tip. I had to step out with our son and didnt see the bill until today. As I was reviewing the receipt I noticed we were charged the same price for 4 breakfast buffets. I didn't think we were charged for our son and I called the Michael's to verify the bill was correct. I spoke to the manager [redacted] who was rude and said it was yesterday what could she do about it. She also explained toddlers were not free. After I inquired about the price difference numerous times and she put me on hold several times she finally told me the price for children in a high chair and she also said children 10 and under are a different price . I am very upset by this and have eaten there frequently with larger groups and have never been told of the childrens prices and have overcharged. I also do not think I should be charged for my toddler and was not told of any cost and he barely ate anything and most places children under 2 are free. There were many families with small children in our group who are from out of town who cannot come to the resturaunt and complain or request a refund. In addition the waitresses need to be more courteous and pay attention to the different groups and their ages.Desired Settlement: I want to request a partial refund of my bill of $40 for the numerous times I have been overcharged.
