I am rejecting this response because: the estimated completion of our car work wasn't delayed once, but three times; total, we were without our car for several months. Not to mention that "customer service" was appallingly bad. Furthermore, when they finally did return our...

car to us, they advised that there was still work left to do (buffing the paint) and that we'd have to bring it back for that, but never followed-up as they said they would do. We weren't about to take our car back there to be held hostage again.
