I'm a Realtor and have worked with many home inspectors and there are only a handful I would even associate myself withBut of all of them, Michael [redacted] is the very best by a long shotAs I tell people, Michael has ruined more deals on me by finding those rotten sills, or other termite damage, or poor plumbing or the likeAlthough a big guy, Michael crawls into those small crawl spaces, which other inspectors would call inaccessible because, as he says, that's where you find the problems! Or, in another case he was walking on the roof which was too springyâ ¦ later, crawling in the "inaccessible attic, he found one of the roof rafters was splitIn these cases, we can put the burden of repairs onto the sellerIf the seller won't fix the problem(s), I have no problem advising men Buyers to walkâ ¦ we'll find another homeMichael gets my highest recommendation ! ! !
