I am rejecting this response because: the estimated completion of our car work wasn't delayed once, but three times; total, we were without our car for several monthsNot to mention that "customer service" was appallingly badFurthermore, when they finally did return our
car to us, they advised that there was still work left to do (buffing the paint) and that we'd have to bring it back for that, but never followas they said they would doWe weren't about to take our car back there to be held hostage again
