Hired Michael Darling Construction in September for a home remodel and michael darling entered into contract with total bid of $27,for all work including the 10% contingency
The contract stated time sould be reasonable and approx 2-months to complete all work Originally we contracted $12,to michael t darling with $7,more as he requested it in 4-weeks later, and then he asked for $5,more 2-weeks later and the final $4,by December- in which only 25% of the work was completed and we actually paid for an additional $7,for materials in addition to the contract-total Michael Darling continually never showed up, lied to us on multiple occasions and never paid his contractors which included the plumber and electrician Michael Darling used illicit drugs while working on our home and showed us his marijuana and on occasion took our home supplies like vacuum and cleaning supplies for his construction clean up and made unauthorized new contracts with his own
