The technician, Carlos J[redacted], arrived on time and called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. He was very thorough and answers all of my questions. I found him to be very friendly and courteous.

Our family has been very pleased with Michael & Son. Having used the company to install an air filtration system, repair wiring and replace our smoke detectors, we opted to use them again when our air conditioning failed. The staff with Michael & Son have been timely, courteous and always worked with our budget.

Timothy R & Kevin C (with Michael & Son) came to my home today and completed their work successfully. Each was VERY skilled and performed very professionally. They offered good suggestions to improve the duct cleaning. Additionally cleaned dryer vent system and cleaned-out vent outlet from the house hight above the ground. Everything done as described.

Andy and Alexander did a GREAT job today. I had the duct work cleaned and the upper unit Aero Sealed. They were professional, clean and did the work in a timely manner. I have used Michael and Sons for all of our HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. I wouldn't use any one else. Michael and Sons has the best top notch employees and Andy and Alexander didn't disappoint. thank you

My wife and I have been using Michael and Son Services, Inc., for plumbing and electrical repair and upgrades since we moved into our house in 2001. The specific service call referenced here was to obtain quotes regarding replacement of an aging water heater and, separately, a leaky bathroom faucet. The customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and good at explaining the various options and reasoning behind the specific service recommendations. The service rep also called ahead to verify the appointment and gave an accurate estimated time of arrival, which I very much appreciate.

Always a good experience dealing with Michael & Son. Technician arrived same day as my request for service, and actually earlier than originally scheduled (after a heads-up phone call). Brian J. quickly diagnosed the problem with a heat pump. Although a part had to be ordered, he was able to return the very next day to complete the repair. Excellent communications between the office, technician and customer.

Received a reminder call the evening before and a call the next morning to let me know he was on the way. Kevin O. was the technician. He was kind, courteous, and respectful, and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

had a concern that need immediate attention. 
Most
concerns that are underground can only be truly revealed after the
digging is done. So therefore a camera gives us a view that sometimes
are inconclusive but the best option to determine our next step. If she
have roots for example and had another service company come and cut them
loose to clear the line then the cracks in the pipe will not show. It's
very unusual to have a sewage back up in your home to a cleared line
unless we find an object such as rags and paper tiles or grease etc..
Most of the time if nothing is found it means the line is compromised by
a belly , roots or cracks that dirt and gravel can get inside.
Michael
& Son service don't hire salesman we employ licensed professionals
who can offer the best solutions for our customer current unfortunate
conditions.
We
are in the business of helping our customers and although no call was
made here to have us address her concern. MIchael & Son will allow
for our service manager to come back to the home with our techniian
along with a camera and re-camera her line. This would require that all
parties who are the decision makers be present.
This is because in
the past we have learned that sometimes the party who makes these claims
are generally the person or persons who were not available during the
process.

My Service technician was Kemar. He was very prompt and professional. Took the time to review products and educate me on how to prolong the life of my furnace. I appreciate the time that he took.

Michael & Son Services has provided excellent maintenance support for my HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. I am very pleased with their performance and I highly recommend them for such support.

Allen was very professional and had the work completed in a timely manner. Explained everything in detail that needed to be done.

Jorge and the gentleman who accompanied him (Sorry, I didn't catch his name.) were excellent. They came to install a new porch light fixture. While the other gentleman installed the light, Jorge made a safety check of our electrical wiring while informing us about electrical safety and new developments in smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Both gentlemen were efficient and courteous. We look forward to having them update our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Please note that Michael and Son only settled my complaint, after almost three months, because of you intervention.  Prior to making my full payment upon completion,  I was told by their representative that they would work with my insurance company to provide the information required to get my insurance claim reimbursement.  In their response, they makes it seem like their job was done after they finished the repair.  Every promise made during their sales pitch was not honored without complaint.  I would not recommend them.
