Michael Saunders & Company

I wouldn't recommend Michael Saunders & Company to my worst enemy. A company built on dishonesty, pretentiousness and rudeness is a company that should close its doors.
My experience would require writing a book, starting with the so called inspectors they use and ending with MSC Title being inexperienced, dishonest and hateful. Kate from the Sarasota location should be bh slapped and walked to the front door, but since she meets the core value of dishonesty that Michael Saunders looks for, she is protected and all communications cut off.
Do yourself a favor... if you see Michael Saunders name on anything, run the other way as fast as possible.

I would not recommend this firm or their agents. I was strung along for over two years expecting to close on a short sale. Only after the deal fell through did I realize the listing agent had been making representations that the seller had not authorized. Then, even though there was no contention on the part of the seller, this company could not find my security deposit. I then had to hire a local attorney to work on getting my earnest money back, which cost me almost as much as my earnest money security deposit.
