Don't pay until the job is complete! They got their money and never came back and installed the pump on the treatment plant ð??£. Rip off!

They are not prompt; they drug us around for weeks with us thinking we were on the books to have a sewer system installed when in fact we were not. The lady that answers the phone is rude and will constantly cut you off when you are trying to speak. When the sewer electrical failed inspection she basically told my husband that he was lying, the "our sewers do not ever fail inspection". The whole time her and Mike bragging about being on the Planning Commission board. If you're on the board why is it that you don't know what is required? Did you do this just to cause us grief because you disagreed with what we were doing with the property? Mike Nugent, you and whoever answers your phone are rude and unprofessional. We will never use your services again and I will go out of my way to make sure my family and friends do not ever use your services. Now we have to get the problem corrected and pay another $75 for re-inspection.
