I am totally not satisfied with *** *** response. If he, *** *** was a professional, he would have known that he couldn't repair the issue with my truck, he should have refuse to do the work on it. The metal pieces he attached only made matters worse

Hi my name is [redacted].I am the Manager at Govani’s Auto Body LLC in reguard’s to the complaint that was filed,We no longer wish to do business with the person who filed this complaint, we had welded new metal in on the rails of his truck 3 times and did not charge this customer ,the rails kept...

rusting in a different place each time ,he was only charged the first time ,that person does not seem to understand that in Wisconsin there is no guarantees on rust ,we can try to stop it by welding in new metal ,this individuals truck needs the whole rail replaced on both sides ,he was charged only to repair and replace the metal in 3 spots ,if I was to weld in new to rails on his vehicle it would cost 2500 ,I feel that I have went out of my way to try to satisfy this customer ,the rust keeps popping up some where else ,I have already lost money on this job and reserve the right to no longer do business with this customer ,I can not and will not replace the rails for free,he went to another body shop and was told that they would not touch it ,in business you can only satisfy 99% there is always 1% of customers that cannot be pleased and he falls in that 1%.Its unfortunate that this has happened ,I feel I have went overboard trying to satisfy this customer ,he will not receive a refund but I can send him a bill for the other 3 times I repaired his vehicle for nothing if he prefers ,otherwise I feel this matter is closed ,you can reach me at ###-###-####,if you need any further information on this claim ,thank you ,[redacted].Sent from Mail for Windows 10
