Review: A tentative appointment was made with this business that was explicitly contingent upon acceptance of Employee Assistance Program benefits which provider was unable to verify at the time the appointment was made. After being notified that provider was not a contracted benefits provider, the appointment was cancelled. The business has since made an aggressive, unauthorized charge against my my bank account. I have never met with or entered into any contract or agreement with this business.Desired Settlement: Refund
