Review: My husband and I met with [redacted] from Michael Howard, Inc. regarding a fence for our home in Aug. 2013. At the meeting, we showed [redacted] our 6 lb. dog, [redacted], explaining to him that the primary purpose of the fence was to contain [redacted]. We decided upon a fence based on [redacted]'s recommendation that had a 3/4 inch gap. We paid $1600 as a deposit for the fence. When the fence was delivered, it came to our attention that the spacing was large enough that [redacted] could get through the fence. We spoke to [redacted] and he said that since this was a fence that his company regularly sold, he would be happy to take it back and replace it with a different fence that had smaller spacing. At this time, [redacted] confirmed that the entire $1600 deposit would go towards another fence as he would have no trouble selling the other fence material to another client. Between Aug. 2012 and Oct. 2013, I called [redacted] about 20-25 times to request an estimate for another type of fence - the receptionist for the Company would always answer the phone and state that she would pass the message on to [redacted] but we would typically never receive a response from [redacted]. On the two occasions that [redacted] actually called me back, he would say that he would get an estimate to me in the next week or two, but we would never receive an estimate. In Oct. 2013, frustrated that we still did not have a fence, I requested that [redacted] refund our deposit so that we can pursue other fencing options. At that time, [redacted] acknowledged that he never gave me an estimate and stated that he would give me back our deposit in two separate payments of $800. We received the first payment after another two calls and three weeks. We have now called Michael Howard, Inc. 10 times request to speak to [redacted] or the managers about the remaining $800 that we are owed, and we typically do not receive any response. [redacted] spoke to my husband once after this date and said that he would pay the remaining $800 but has not.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the remaining $800 that we are owed from Michael Howard, Inc.

Review: [redacted] applied synergy, efis, to our home.Two inspectors found [redacted] (**)responsible for the faulty work that caused severe water damage to our new home. Made several attempts to get ** to repair with no success. Mold is evident and will pose an imminent serious health risk. Advertising and misleading info:** stated, both verbally and in writing, that they are "fully insured" and "bonded". Their GCL excludes stucco, which regardless of law interpretation, is not "fully insured". They are not bonded as they stated and wrote. ** refused to continue to repair the issues.I filed a detailed complaint in 2012 but have received no response from the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Property fixed immediately or restitution.
