I purchased a tungsten wedding ring for my husbandThe wedding ring fell from the counter and split in halfI was told that tungsten would not break and is the strongest metal when I bought this wrongI went into the Michael Hill store and they told me I would have to pay to replace place then I would have to pay to get it engraved againFirst off, the first time I had this ring engraved they messed up on the engraving and had to replace it because the scratched the whole inside of the ringSecond, I was told that this ring wouldn't breakThird, it feel from the counter to the floor and I don't understand how a ring could just break in half like thatI would like to exchange his ring for a new one Men's Ring in Carbon Fibre & Gray Tungsten SKU *** is the ring that has split in half

I have called the customer and left a message to return my call toll free and I would take care of her ring
