Mr. [redacted] will not respond to my attempts to contact him regarding money he owes me due to our agreement in writing. I bought land from mr [redacted] 2/2013. on the contract he stated that he would take care of any financial obligations up to one year past the sell date regarding a repair that was in progress to the lake dam as I was not aware of this needed repair prior to agreeing to the price of the land. I accepted and the summer of 2013, we discovered that each of the 12 land owners surrounding the lake owes $3,000 each by May 2014. mr [redacted] agreed to help me with this in writing in addition to our contract. I paid the amount due. the repair was made. and I began to contact mr [redacted] starting in january of 2015. he said he needed the repair to be completed first and certain paperwork from the company doing the repair. I collected all of the paper work that he said he would require. I contacted him again and he said he was busy inspecting homes and would contact me the following week. that was february 9, 2015. after many attempts at emailing him and calling him, it is may 20, 2015 and I can not get mr [redacted] to return my emails, phone calls or get him to follow through on his commitment to me.Desired Settlementi am seeking that mr [redacted] follow through on his commitment to pay his portion of this repair.
