*** *** rented a condo from me starting 12/2/17. He gave me his card information to run his 1st half of the rent and we were supposed to run the 2nd half week later as I do for all my tenants. On 12/9/they asked for me to wait until a later date to run their balance.
I made an exception and they paid 12/13/17. They were to leave 1/2/They were aware of my checkout procedures and check out timeI arrived to find no key in the lock box. I had to change the locks which was $I walked in and the condo was trashed with so many of their things still left behind. There was a box of illegal drugs and trash everywhere along with alcohol and boxes of work files. They also had huge dogs which is against the complex rules. There was thick dog hair all over and in the ac filter. They called me late at night one day saying the fridge was not workingI told them my maintenance guy and I will be over in the morning so they need to leave the key in the lock box. They did not. I brought an extension cord to check the plug and it was working just fine. I called and text them several times to see if they were staying another month or leaving. He finally text me saying he will call in an hourI waited and waited but he never called. I finally hired someone to change the locks and help me clear all the items that were left behind. I will attach the files of how the condo was left behind
