Very unorganized and unprofessional. They lost one of my husband's and my W2. They also filed two of my w2's under my husband's name. Then, they decided to randomly file an1040x for us as an addendum because they "assumed" we had already filed. [redacted], the secretary, is rude and unprofessional. She sent my husband a pompous email when I called to check the status of our w2 that needed to be corrected. Every time I called to speak to mike, she wouldn't let me and said he was "busy." My husband and I actually ended up doing more work than [redacted] himself because we had to double check everything he did because he was wrong so many times.
