My son needed his front tooth filled with resin He called around and found this place The receptionist called our insurance and let him know they will accept the insurance payment as full payment so he chose to go there Insurance paid in full and we also satisfied our deductible and here we are with a bill of extra dollars for simple dental work Called back and they claim they never agreed to accept the insurance payment in full and that they can charge whatever they want and people just have to pay it or face the consequences The charges are unjustified Furthermore they are excessive and lacked full disclosure This may even fall under the illegal practice of balance billing

I first went to Calliham dentistry about months agoI went for a route canal originallyThat process was painful, I'm use to the dentist but my tooth hurt for a month afterwardsI scheduled appointments afterwards despite that first visitThe staff only has a couple of friendly staff ( dental assistants)Kim is a main person there and she is rude and unprofessionalRosie the receptionist is RUDE and pushyShe seems like its an inconvenience to ask about billing questionsThey do not stand by what they sayThe procedures are long and sloppyThey have a Revdex.com decal on their window but are not accredited!!

Dental work was not done right requiring it to be fixed at additional expense at another dentistIn addition was told would accept insurance yet after full payment and my issue deductible, out of pocket, was sent an outrageous bill considering the work had to be redoneTried to negotiate and explain but they're not open to even reducing the bill to take into account the extra expenses incurredBalance billing and unprofessional service
