Worst place to buy a car, worst customer service, they do not care about customers, worst service dept. I got a lemon car(Chevy Cruze), but neither the manufacturer (GM) or the dealer are able to help me, they don't care about their reputation.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. New cars are the same everywhere. The only thing a dealer can sale you is a service and that's definitely not something you'll find there. From *** to disrespect your time and money till try to convince you that you are wrong against written messages and emails. Unfortunately I bought from them a $43,000 new Jeep (Which I like btw) and regret I haven't buy it from other dealer that deserve my loyalty.

I purchased a vehicle from them back in 2018. It was a brand new Silverado that only has about 7,200 miles. I took my vehicle for the service with them for the first oil change. The technicians left my transmission with out fluid and my transmission burned out on my way to Orlando. My vehicle was transferred to a Chevy dealership in orange county for about a week. They said that my vehicle has an issues with the valves. I had to drive up to Orlando to pick up my truck because general motors refused to pay for the tow truck expensive. I rented a vehicle in Miami and general motors said the dealership had to reimburse me and they didn't. Upon arriving to Miami my truck began to have issues again with the transmission and a loud clacking noised on the upper control arm and steering direction. I've been back and forth with the dealership for about a month and no one seems to know what's going on. Now my vehicle has an issues with code programming coming from the computer and everything time I call they give me the run a round saying to contact General motors. I'm financing a vehicle that is broken and no one wants to own up to the responsibility of my truck. They refused to help me change my truck and put me in a new one since it's not their concern. This is unacceptable don't ever go to this dealership theirs no customer service from anyone here. They brush you off like your no body and your input or concerns don't mean anything.

I purchased a .2016 Kia Sorento from this "Certified KIA Dealership" on April 14, 2019. The vehicle was represented as being a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPO) online and throughout the transaction. However, after taking the vehicle for service at Rick Case Kia (Sunrise), I learned the vehicle did not have a known CPO No. I filed a complaint with Kia's Consumer Affairs Department because this "Certified KIA Dealership" has been so non-responsive to my concerns....avoid this place like the plague.

I came in around 2:30pm no one was outside to assist, so I had to walk up the stairs to find someone which is ok I guess if they think they could see all there customers from there, we informed the agent we were looking for specific car that we looked up online if he had it in stock? When I checked Auto Nation yesterday it said they had 5 in stock, when the agent goes on his computer he said we added extra's to the car so it's much more at there company, explained that in Chevy dealer in lauderhill the price is drastically different by $9,000, agent then went on to say actually the car is $69,000 but he might be able to lower a little, informed that agent that the price is a big difference, which he did not care much about his response was"your going to get a car today so it doesn't matter" informed your agent that yes we will but not there, process are not matching up and he decline to give final process, ended up doing is a different car that we didn't even want waste of time will go somewhere else that can mediate thousands of dollars because your agent at Auto mall only assist customers that has gold oviously.

The car's wheel alignment was off. It went immediately into the right lane within seconds. This is something that should have been addressed prior to selling the vehicle since you have a service station on your campus.
I was told the cost of a wheel alignment would be discounted on the vehicle since the service center was closed the next day on Sunday and I needed to be back to Tampa on Sunday evening to work on Monday.
I was there to purchase the vehicle.

The sales manager because he was unable to give us credit for the wheel alignment. The manager came to us and when I inquired about the discount; he became very defensive, said very loudly he would not give any discounts and can sell the vehicle online. After crossing his arms showing he was standing his ground. I said, if we do not receive money off for the wheel alignment, we will walk.
We walked.
I feel bad for the person who purchases through internet sales.
