I bought an used Journey, which had some rear end damage previous us buying it; paint started to peel two weeks after we took it home and we contacted management I thought: "these people are just going to sneak their way out as any other car dealer" Three weeks later, when all hope was gone, Mr*** (GM) calls me; I explained the situation and he offers to fix the car near my house (I live hr minfrom the dealership) Any other dealership would have said, "...you drove on the street your problem." and give us a hassle Now, I got the car fixed, the wife is happy=me being happy I read many reviews of many dealerships online and yes, we drove from West Palm Beach to Miami because many of the car dealerships between W.P.Band Miami are: despots, discriminating against people W.P.BKia salespeople even made my wife cry and for that, I will drive to the end of the earth to find good service; which I found at Miami Lakes
