Review: On November 7th around 8:30 pm, I ordered two slices of pizza, a chicken roll, a soup and a cheese calzone. I didn't know the total so when the delivery arrived I just gave my boyfriend $50 in 3 $10 bills and one $20 bill. When he came back he only had 6 dollars and he realized he had accidentally given the delivery guy all the money, thinking he gave him $30.the bill was 21.50 by the way . Basically due to our mistake, the tip was $23.50,on a 21.50 check. We called the restaurant and explained and the owner kept saying it's not true, that they had never had problems with this guy before.Am I to understand they had problems like this with other employees? Also he kept repeating that there's nothing they can do and that maybe next time we should be more careful. So which is it? Because if I should be more careful, it means it happened and I should pay more attention next time.Or is this company's policy to fine their customers if they make a mistake? Me and my boyfriend order once or twice a month for delivery from several places in the area, including this one and we have never had a situation like this before . Basically we paid $20 extra in tip by accident and we are not allowed to get our money back because we made a mistake.We also both work in the service industry so we are very kind to people in the same business and never make a big deal about anything, but this was ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I simply want my $20 back
