I ordered a dress on December 3rd, and didn't get an update on the dress for two weeks later when I received an email saying the dress was out of stock. I was told I could look for something else in her shop in the place of the dress I ordered and to email back. I wanted a refund, not anything else simply because of the horrible costumer service. I emailed back explaining I wanted a refund, and got an email back saying that's fine. I never received the refund, so I start messaging Mia Belle Baby through Facebook chat, only to be ignored. I blew the chat up looking for answers. I got a reply saying I was now refunded and it would take several business days to receive the money. Fourteen days later still no refund. I contact Mia Belle Baby through Facebook chat again and get ignored for three days. I then message again threatening to report them through the Revdex.com. They responded right away and said I was "now refunded." They never refunded me to the begin with. I now got my refund after two business days, only because of me being persistent and threatening to report them to the Revdex.com and them begging me not to. I don't recommend this company at all. You might get ripped offif they dont have the clothes in stock you ordered. Never again will I buy from this scam of a business!

this company is a scam I order paid with pay pal they took my money then emailed me that my order was rejected how ever didnt bother to refund me my money back I filed a dispute with pay pal I tried calling their cusotmer service number no answer just a message on their answering machine tried contacting them thru face book only got auto reply message this company is a scam and doesnt have what you order in stock I will deffinetly never order from this company again

They sent me wrong size and wanted me to pay to send it back to them! I will never order from them again!

I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering from this site. I ordered something from my daughter three months ago and STILL have not received it. They sent me an email stating that it had been shipped, but USPS states they never received it to ship. I am SO DISAPPOINTED in this website, and will not be ordering again. It looks like from the other reviews that this type of service is common with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order in October that I still have not received as of December 15th. They have changed the guaranteed shipment dates,to include actually generating a new invoice over a month after my order with a new date on it - and then quoted the new dates when I submitted inquiries. I asked them twice in email to cancel my order. They did not respond to my request to cancel my order, but instead shipped the order after I left a bad review on their Facebook page. I believe changing delivery dates, creating new invoices to suit their delayed schedule, and refusing to cancel my order is fraudulent. I have obviously had my money basically conned from me, and hope nobody else has to experience this.

So disappointed in this company. The clothing is not high quality and falls apart quickly. The prices they charge are ridiculous especially for the little amount of time they obviously put into their clothes. The clothes they produce are cute but again not worth the price. The dress I received for my daughter looked like it came from a thrift store. It was torn and fraying at the bottom.

I ordered a tank top for my daughter on 6-6-16. Mia Belle Baby charged my card for the amount of $21.98 that same day. I have yet to receive my order or an email stating this has shipped. I have contacted them several times and have gotten generalized responses. I would NOT recommend doing business with them EVER!
