Mia Bella Candles

I have been ordering from this company for sometime now. In my last shipment of their candles I had several broken. Just a few pictures later all of the broken candles are being replaced. This company really stands behind their products.

I signup up for their "free candle" but had to pay $4.99 S&H. I never received the candle. I cancelled my subscription 3 days later. I got an offer to order another "free candle" for only $1 S&H. I applied and did receive this candle. I canceled my monthly subscription 3 days after I initially signed up. I was notified that the cancellation was successful. However, 3 weeks later there was a charge for $49.99 on my credit card. I tried contacting the company to reverse their mistake but I received no response. I had to file a claim through my credit card company. This business seems unethical, disorganized, dishonest and has poor customer service.
