I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Business knew problem, had replaced sensor before the sale, I was told days after the sale, when transmission was not shifting and check engine light came onTheir first response was to recommend me to a repair shop, then they said they would take the car to be checked, manager called me to tell me they found the problem, and I would have to pay $ for parts & labor I went to mi patria to ask about the car 1 week later and they had no news, they called me the following week saying the car was ready & there was no need to replace parts, that car was running fine and I could come to pick it up,after driving to one block away from mi patria, I had to come back to them because transmission wouldn't shift out of first gear & then the check engine light came on. Took the car to *** around the corner from mi patria to get a free scanner diagnosis, got print outs, which I showed them All this within an hour form picking up the car. They told me the car was sold as is and I could take it to any mechanic I wanted, they recommended me to one, they told me they were not responsible for the car, I would have to pay for repairs. That seems very clear to me that they don't want to be responsible, as their attitude & business ethics, they've been playing me, and that's why I don't believe in their word, and I think no one should

The customer did in fact purchase the vehicle indicated at a cash priceThis vehicle was sold AS IS with no warrantyHowever, we did provide the service of having our mechanic to take a look at the problemUnfortunately the problem did not occur so that our mechanic can provide a diagnosisIt
was held for approximately weeks because it was taken to more than one mechanic, yet no problems occurred. We are open to work with the customerWe ask that if he could get a legit diagnosis and or perhaps even have the repair done, we can come down to some sort of agreementWe do not wish the simply abandon the customerWe only ask that he come to the office and speak to out Manager directly and I am sure we can find a solution to his problem

First off, let me apologize for the delay on this responseWe understand thow serious the situation is but we do not find another solution but the one that was originally proposed on the last responseConcluding that we do not have the adequate personnel to detect the misfire, at the time of occurrence,, well it leaves us not much of an option to doTherefore, it was proposed to the customer to take the unit with a mechanic of his own that he trusts to get an additional opinion and then perhaps we can help with a solutionIf the customer does not accept to continue any further with our offer, then it is clear the customer does not wish to cooperate

In regards to the complaint, the vehicle was sold as a cash deal AS ISYes it was closing time when the customer arrived and perhaps she felt rushed but she made the choice of finalizing the purchaseA customer will not be forced over their will to purchase a vehicleThe spare
provided is a spareNeeds not to be newAs for the mechanic issues the customer has come across, there is not much to do when the vehicle is sold AS ISHowever, under the circumstances, we have offered to negotiate with the customer as for the mechanic expenses go but the customer must come to the office to be able to do so with all shop repair expenses that she hasAn issue like this can not be solved over the phone or emailThe registration tags have been processed and delivered personally by our staff at the customers home addressOnce again, in order to help the customer, he/she must present them selves at the officeIt is our goal to provide a great experience so that the customers remain our customers even if it is a cash sale

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I have already made great efforts to resolve my problems with this agencyI have faxed receipts that total about $in February, And *** *** told me verbally over the phone that I would receive a reinbursementI do not understand his need to have me in the officeI do not feel comfortable or safe going back to that place because of the issues at handI do not have adequate transportation to make the drive to go and speak to him in person and yes I was rushed and reassured over and over not only by ***, but also by ***, and the mechanics from their dealership that the car was in great condition I believe that this place of business is a scam I also believe that their main targets are *** because of the lack of education they might have that causes them to bite the bullet and not file any complaintsTwo hours after I left the dealer my vehicle broke down and left me stranded in *** ** Not only do I have receipts for repairs but towing expensesNot only has this purchase been an inconvienience it has been problem after problem with them They act like I'm asking for something that doesn't belong to meYes they brought the plates but where is the titleI still haven't recieved itI have tried to be rationale and reasonableI have given them the benefit of the doubt, and they still insist and persist to avoid the situation at hand.

Dear [redacted].
You continue to insist with repeated complaints regarding the vehicle you purchased from us. I would like to point out that I am always willing to help you and have never been unreasonable. Yes , you have sent in receipts, but only once, and the amount of them is not even $500 like you said, these receipts don't exactly tell me what I need to know. In addition, let me remind you that the car is a used vehicle and under this condition eventually you need to replace parts in order to keep the vehicle in good running status as well as regular maintenance. I understand your situation and am willing to help with some parts on the repairs of the vehicle, but not all. Many times I have said we need more proof of those repairs from the shop, cause I need them to have this information on file, however You will receive your reimbursement as I promise, but you need to show up to our location ,so We can give you the check in person,. As for our clientele, we are not targeting certain races for any type of benefit. Our clients range from [redacted] to [redacted], to [redacted], and so on. All them understand that the vehicle is " AS IS", and they are quite content with their purchases. I will attach the receipts that you sent me so you can see what the issue is. We hope to properly settle this issue with you personally. Once Again, allow me to be restate, we are willing to work with you but you must come to the office to finalize this complaint.
   Regards,

Yes I will continue to complain, because it is not professional or patriotic to allow the type of business that you are advertising, get away with this type of behavior. I live in America I have that Right, Thanks to so many men and women, who fight to protect our freedom.  Yes you are right maybe the receipts don't add up to $500 because I didn't send all of them to you. However I consider it to be irrelevant since you have made no attempt to send the check you supposedly wanted me to go pick up at your office, We both know that isn't true because you could have mailed it or sent it with the driver you sent to my house. The vehicle broke down within two hours of purchasing it and it still isn't working properly. I understand I bought it "as is" but according to [redacted] and your mechanics they all assured me that the vehicle was in great condition, meanwhile the mechanic kept spraying something on the motor.  As far as you understanding my situation I would say that is overstated. You keep insisting that I come to your office, I have stated that I do not feel safe going there, considering the circumstances. Keep your broken promises and just know that a complaint has been filed with the [redacted] concerning my title.
