I payed for shipping with my order but then they didn't pay to ship.
I purchased two helmets from this company. I paid $16.99 for a shipping fee. This was included in my bill. When the package arrived, the post office says I owe them $23 for shipping since it was never paid for. It appears that they took my money and never paid for the shipping. So either I have to pay the extra money or if it gets sent back I have to pay for a restocking fee. I have noticed a lot of complaints on this company. I would like to get my money back for the additional shipping and see something done to this company so other consumers don't have to go through the same trouble.
