MGP Caliper Covers

Review: Back on 01/26/2012, I ordered a set of MGP Caliper Covers for my 2006 Ford F-150 STX 4x4. The MGP Order Number was [redacted]. The total price was $247.78, which included the caliper covers for $230 plus S&H costs of $17.78. The product was received very quickly as promised by the website. Installation of the front caliper covers went exactly as demonstrated on a video that was part of the MGP website at that time. However, the rear caliper covers would not fit on my truck. The mounting brackets that secured the caliper covers to the brake caliper did not fit per the video on MGP's website. The vertical distance between horizontal surfaces on the brackets was not sufficient for the rear calipers on my truck. I repeatedly discussed via eMail with MGP indicating that the rear brackets sent with my order were incorrect and correct bracket replacements needed to be sent to me. MGP refused to believe that the brackets were incorrect and indicated it my incompetence during installation that was the issue. I took pictures of the incorrect brackets and showed clearly how the versions sent with my order were incorrect. MGP and I were never able to resolve this issue. Being disgusted with the attitude and persona of MGP, I returned the rear caliper covers with the mounting brackets for partial credit on my order. (Note: One of the mounting brackets was deformed showing my attempt to comply with MGP's feedback that proper installation was an issue of my mechanical ability rather than their bracket. As a 40-yr veteran of Maintenance & Reliability experience, I clearly have the mechanical skill sets to know whether procedure is the issue or hardware. The issue in this case was hardware!) MGP never acknowledged this credit and completely ignored me regarding this issue.Desired Settlement: I get very favorable comments regarding the caliper covers that are mounted on the front of my F-150. I would like to receive the rear covers with the proper mounting brackets to complete the look. However, if MGP is not capable of providing proper mounting brackets, I expect a partial credit for returning the rear covers with the defective mounting brackets.
