Review: My fiance and I ordered a puzzle for our wedding guest book from MGC's Custom Made Wooden Jigsaw Puzzles & Fine Art on April 29th 2013. MGC's requires a photo to be sent to the company for the custom puzzle. My fiance sent a photo per MGC's requirements. MGC's accepted payment on May 9th from my fiance and never delivered the product. We had a deadline set with MGC's for June 21st. When we did not receive the product, my fiance and I both contacted MGC's. The company did not return calls or respond to e-mails concerning our order. My fiance has a receipt for the product. My fiance and I have requested via e-mail to MGC's for a refund, but have seen no response.

We would like a refund for the full amount paid to MGC's in and the cost of printing and shipping a photo to MGC's.
Review: I placed an order on Sept. 7th for a puzzle as a gift. Their website stated shipping was within 14 calendar days. The "need by" date that I put on the order was Oct. 2nd. When I did not receive it or hear from them after the 14 days, I repeatedly tried calling them and sending e-mails to them. Most of the time their phone voice mail was full and I could not leave a message - but I managed to get through twice and left a detailed message. They never responded to my e-mails or my phone messages. On October 7th I sent an e-mail cancelling my order and also sent a letter certified mail, return receipt requested cancelling my order. They never responded to my e-mail and they refused to claim my letter and it was returned to me via the post office.I am concerned because they still have my credit card number. What should I do?Desired Settlement: Confirmation that they will not make this puzzle and charge my credit card as it is past the time when I need it.
Review: I ordered a custom made wooden puzzle online on July 7, 2013, and I still have not received it. My payment by check of $225.00 was cashed on July 25, 2013 according to my bank statement. Over the last 3+ months, my phone calls and emails regarding this issue have not been returned. I have called the puzzle maker numerous times, but the message I regularly get is "mailbox is full." I was finally able to talk to the business owner over the phone on October 10, 2013, and he claimed that he sent the puzzle to me "three weeks ago." I stated that I had not received it, and he promised to call me back with the shipping tracking number. He never called.Desired Settlement: I want the $225.00 that I paid for the puzzle refunded to me.
Review: In April, 2014, we ordered a custom puzzle. The credit card was charged $300 almost immediately. The product was never delivered.
The owner has been unreachable and unresponsive. He has two phone numbers listed on his website: ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. Neither is ever answered and neither accepts voice messages. He also has at least two email address ([redacted] and [redacted]). Except for two brief responses-- one on May 21 stating "I have been away on a family medical emergency. I have been in NJ caring for my father. I expect to return to CT Thursday morning. Sorry for the delay" and another on June 30 stating: "I apologize for the long delay. Yes, there have been serious problems in the family with someone's health. I will try very hard to get it shipped this week.") he has not responded to several attempts to receive the product or reimburse the credit card.
I feel badly that he is dealing with a family medical emergency. I am simply asking for the credit card to be reimbursed.Desired Settlement: I simply would like the credit card reimbursed.
