Review: RPM had several oversights on their walkthrough with tenants in our home, including: broken oven door, backyard lawn totally dead, dirty oven and refrigerator/freezer, rust stains on face of dishwasher, water softer was not maintained, therefore damaging appliances, and it took 2 plus weeks to get the keys to out property back. There is even more, but these are the main issues. We can't get the company to respond, which is why it too over two weeks to get the keys to our home.Desired Settlement: We would like the oven door and dishwasher face repaired.

Response:
Hi, To clarify, we did hire RPM Titanium to manage our property. We paid them monthly 8% of the rental price monthly for their services. Attached is Lease Term Agreement.
Please let me know if you need anything else. We also have pictures of the issues with our house.
Thank you for your help,

Case # [redacted]
Dear Representative of the Revdex.com,
Real Property Management conducted a thorough move out inspection of the subject
property. There was no power or water on at the property, therefore, Real Property
Management did the most complete job possible since the owners of the home did not
have the utilities turned on.
There was communication via email with [redacted] starting June 25th 2013
indicating only 3 items needed to be repaired
-Something stuck to stainless steel dishwasher that had scratched it and left
rust stains
-Oven door will not close
-oven & fridge cleaned
Mr [redacted] agreed on June 26, 2013 via email that these were the only 3 items that
the technician would ·schedule an appointment to look at. Our technician indicated that
2 of the 3 items could be repaired, but the oven door seal was broken and an appliance
company needed to be sent out. An email to Mr [redacted] on July 8, 2013 indicated that
the oven appeared favourable at the time of our move out Inspection and this was not
something we could charge the tenant for because it was in good condition at the time
of our move out inspection. From July 10, 2013 through July 14, 2013 Mrs [redacted]
emailed every day that something new was damaged in the house. Every item that Mrs
[redacted] emailed about was either found favourable at the time of our move out
inspection or already listed on the tenants move in inspection form from prior to them
taking possession; therefore, all the additional items were not going to be charged to the
tenant.
Our technician completed all 3 original damaged items on August 9, 2013 even the
oven door in which was of the most concern to the [redacted]'s. The tenant deposit was
charged for the items that they damaged and the oven door has been repaired. We
believe the desired settlement in which the [redacted]'s are requesting to the RevDex.com has been completed.
Our records indicate we have communicated with the owners on a weekly, if not daily
basis, during their time of frustration despite their allegations that we failed to follow up
or provide service to them.
Attached are several emails that show original agreed upon repairs and also the move
out inspection that was completed by our agent. Additionally, attached is the move in
inspection form from the previous tenants noting that some of the items that the
[redacted]'s are requesting be repaired, were there when the previous tenants took
possession of the home.
If you have any additional questions, please let us know. ###-###-####
