I was contacted by David R[redacted] several weeks ago, he left me a voice message apologizing for the mix up(wrong couch special ordered and delivered) and he asked if I could call him back(personal cell #) to discuss a survey I had left regarding the furniture I had "special" ordered and it being the wrong couch that was delivered after 8 weeks of waiting. I was originally impressed with the response , I called him back and left a voice message with no response. I gave it a few weeks and called him back again, he was busy and told me to text his phone with minimal information so he could look into it again. I have received no response a couple weeks later. This all started right before Christmas 2016. Who knows how many more weeks we will have to wait for a screwed up special order. I feel like I am seeing a reoccurring theme with this company starting with the person who ordered our couch wrong to begin with to the "customer service" as to they can't return a phone call. I spent a significant amount of money in the place for quality furniture, the furniture is quality but then again it isn't the furniture quality in question.... this will most likely be the last business I do with Rotmans. Can't wait to get the other half of my couch, who knows when. Thank you.
