We waited in line for this haunted house for almost two hours in the cold. I am currently pregnant and was not able to continue waiting in the cold with nowhere to rest for that long. When we finally decided to just leave because we were still nowhere close to getting in, the employee rudely advised me that they do not issue refunds and the ticket booth was closed.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like to be refunded the full amount of my ticket and my husband's ticket.
