FurnitureThrough out the years we have given the customer no delivery charges or discount ranging from 5% to 10% of certain merchandiseAlso when the merchandise had any Manufacture Defects we were more that happy to satisfy the customer and give them the exchange they needed to make there customer the end user happy and satisfied.In some cases if the Cr One Furniture damaged any of the merchandise we also have plenty of parts available to assist with any repairs they possible would needSuch as Side Boards, Bottom Boards, Sleeper Mechanisms and any type of hardware they may need.In the case for the ID provided The Cr One Furniture is stating that we here at Empire Furniture did not want to assist them with a solution to there problem with there customer the end userThere complaint is that the bottom board was damaged upon arrivalWe here at Empire Furniture check every Item that gets loading into our delivery trucksAs for the item in question there was no damage foundBut we still wanted to assist our long time customerWe of course have all the items to help repair the itemBut the customer refused this option and demanded a replacement love seat and wanted to also keep the defective love seatWe were willing to help our customerWe are still willing to help out our customer and provide what they need as long as its reasonable
