In response to a client: owner of the dodge caravan,I want to mention that a previous mecanic or someone had
already tried to fix it but they could not do itcustomer pushed his caravan when he first brought it to my shop to tried to fix itthe van did not start at all, Even though we do not do electrical work to much we found out that his power control module(computer) was not workingAfter the customer agreed to fix his car we replaced the computer, the van was working perfectWeeks later he brought the car back in a tow truck and the van did not start but now the problem was the fuel pumpAfter he agreed to fix.fuel pump was replaced and the car started working well againA few weeks later he brought the van back again letting us know that the car only started when it wanted to startAt this point the dashboard was the first thing we notice that was not working and we also notice that when we shake the steering wheel up and down some times the car did not start, then we check the steering wheel and the ignition switch and the car started working againWe let the customer know he had a problem inside the dashboard wiring or some type of short inside thereLike I mention before we do not really work with electrical problems that much so we suggested our customer to take it to an electrical specialist
As you can see everytime he brought his car back to my shop it had a different problem so we know for sure we did not do nothing wrong to his carI would like for you guys to notice that since the firts time he pushed his car into my shop we did not even know how good or bad the car was working before, but when he left the shop both times the car was working fineWe know money is not easy for no one right now but unfortunately every time he came back the car had a different problem
