Mexico Mufflers replaced my catalytic converter and a few months later my check engine light come on again, returned to them, and was told I had a missing tailpipe that they said they replacedThis was untrue, and what they did do was weld the corner of the replaced converter! (lied to me as excuse for faulty part used) After another couple months my check engine light came on once again indicating I needed a converterAfter spending $at Mexico Mufflers, and speaking with both Saul Martinez the manager, and Ezequiel the General manger at corporate, and getting nothing but the run around after phone calls talking to these people, and another phone calls going to voice mail with no response, I finally took my car to a legitimate muffler repair shop and had the converter replaced spending another $to get the repair done correctly, AND being told the catalytic converter that Mexico Muffler installed was for a cylinder car, and my car is a cylinder, plus they said th

We had our vehicle service and had a new exhaust installedWithin a year, the exhaust fell off in trafficWe had to take a coat hanger to hold it togetherAfter discussing with the "manager" at the front desk, she simply could not answer my questions regarding how the work was completed and would not give me contact information or allow me to speak to the ownerI've been here multiple times but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had, and feel the need to file a complaint against this businessThey would not refund the work, or agree to look at itThis could have been extremely dangerous had there been vehicles behind us in trafficI strongly urge the Revdex.com to look into this business because there were two other customers who were dissatisfied with their servicesI'm not usually one to file a complaint like this, but I feel like something needs to be done about this issue to prevent anyone else from going thru something like this and potentially cause an accident or w
