We have agreed to refund the $broker/cancellation charge for the client, the receipt is attached I called her directly and explained that cancellation charges are necessary to recover the cost of merchant transactions and other anti-fraud measures on daily policies like this She was concerned about her printer also - explained that with our system we are cloud provider and we do not troubleshoot printing, printers or computers the policy was generated and is available 24/from any internet-connected device; the client needs to know what to do with pdf files and we do not troubleshoot that very well All we could do was verify that the insurance was generated, which we did the same day she called - our representative even emailed her the documents Nonetheless, it is very expensive to address issues like this, which is what I believe was the source of her frustration We will pay for this one for her and hope she finds peace and happiness elsewhere
