*** had every reason to be upset with usHer order fell through the cracks quite simply because we did not have the color pepper spray she wanted and did not want to send her a substitution without her permissionShe did not include a phone number with her order so we only tried to email herI
am not sure why there was an email issue but *** clearly wrote us a couple times in our main mailbox the week this was filed and she was not answered which was unacceptable. I called her and left a message apologizing for the lack of serviceWe refunded her money via *** and I still sent her the knife she wanted and a *** pepper spray at no charge for our failure to respond. I hope *** is satisfied with our resolution to this and I hope she will give us another chance int he futureLack of customer service is not us and when something slips through the cracks like this I fix it personally.
