Hello, I just received a second notice from the Revdex.com regarding correspondence with *** ** *** His response, “I am rejecting this response because: As of this date I have received no refund on my accountThis is a major run around.” The refunds from MetroTix were processed on Thursday May Email confirmations were also sent to *** for his records Standard banking practices do take 7-business days (sometimes longer depending on your bank) for a refund to show up on your accountThe first business day would have been Friday May ***’s response was on Tuesday May which was the 3rd business day If the refunds have not posted by Monday May 15, I would suggest contacting your bank to inquiry about it Please let me know if there’s anything else I can assist with Thank you so much, *** ***
