I ordered several shades and a window seat on July 20th, 2017. At that time, I was told that I should have my items within 6-10 weeks. It wound-up that it took 12 weeks to arrive. When the items arrived, the window seat was too big (the company was the one that took the measurements by a man named Paul), three sets of blinds don't work properly and 2 sets of roman shades were made with cords instead of being cordless which is what I requested. I immediately told the Company of my problems and was told that a new cordless set of shades would be ordered and I would have them within 10 days. I was also told that when the installer came back to replace those blinds he would look at the other things. I have been waiting 3 weeks and finally called last Friday the 20th to inquire about the status. At that time, I was told by Nancy that she would call me on Monday the 23rd with an update. I never received a call yesterday so I called today. When I spoke to Nancy I was told that I need to wait another 3 weeks for the cordless blinds that were supposed to be here 2 weeks ago that were already long overdue. I was also told that it would take another at least 3 weeks to have my other items looked at and hopefully repaired. At this point in time, after I have been waiting for over 15 weeks for these items, I want my money back. The customer service and products are beyond reproach. I refuse to wait another long period of time for things that are continually promised to me only to find the Company reneging on their promise. For the record, I have checked with other local companies that sell the same products and they do not have anywhere near the same waiting period.
