It was good to speak with you today. I contacted [redacted] today to let her know that her refund for $750 was being processed now. Part of the issue in this case is that we cannot affect [redacted]'s bank account, and she had to put in a stop automatic payment with her bank....
We at Metropolis, who manage [redacted] Condominiums, have no access to her banking and we cannot set up automatic payments of any type (no payments are made to us, all payments are made to [redacted] Condominiums). It is solely on homeowners to either set up an automatic payment with [redacted] bank or through their own WebBill Pay. [redacted] was able to have [redacted] stop withdrawing the payments. I have now processed her refund and it should be to her shortly. There was also a delay on the refund because [redacted] did not understand that her assessment was $260 for the condo and $20 for the parking spot attached, which changed the amount of her total payment.Thank you,Michelle R[redacted]Operations Coordinator

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: While I am accepting the correct refund of the money owed to me over the months from Jan. 2015 through at least Dec. 2015, the explanation given is a total fabrication. My condo fee was $240 plus $20 for the garage, which was about a block away, not attached. Since a year ago, I have been in contact with [redacted] bank that handles the withdrawals for Metropolis, and then they deposit the money in the account FOR Metropolis to use for snow removal, landscaping, etc. [redacted] didn't correct the withdrawals, and neither did Metropolis assert themselves to effect the change. I should have stopped payment at that time, but I didn't realize the problem would last through 2016! Even when another buyer owned the condo and they collected double fees! While ignoring my pleas to be honorable and return my money. I did contact my [redacted] Bank to stop payment, but then [redacted] or Metropolis asked for $270 instead of $280, so [redacted] released the money thinking there was a change in the amount. I called [redacted] to correct them again, but still was not receiving my refund until perhaps now that I have contacted the Revdex.com, and you have written a few times. Then I told Metropolis I was going to have to take legal action for their unfair, irresponsible action. Hopefully, I will receive my check before March is over.
Regards,
