MetroPlains management shame on you guys for never believing your tenants! We pay what we can until you guys drive us to the point of relocating and a lesson unfortunately learned. You guys exceed in the $$$ and don't give a crap about your tenants because you know government list is always full and willing to pay for the next family forced to income based housing. I quit paying to wash my clothes because of the mild, my son tried twice thinking it was my auto immune disease might be why I reacted to it but nope he was sicker then a dog with in a couple hours.. you guys don't respond to emails and once tenants do complain you set them up for harassment by management and other tenants. What about when my son about fell into neighbors apartment below us because her ceiling was caving in from a leak? How was she allowed to let it even get that bad? Must of been over looked during inspections idk? I have pictures of the mild and emails I sent to website email asking for help..during covid (and now) no one's hardly in local office and I have better things to do then stalk the office door to see if they are open...especially when I already left emails and Dr. notes in office drop off box...you guys made me feel like a failure to my son even though I know I did all I could and in the end an glad I'll never put another penny into your pocket...think about it .you guys collected money from me to wash my clothes in mold...wow you sure do just screw them anyway you can and sadly I repeat sadly don't give a damn! Disgusting and s[censored] of the earth is all you are..I have plenty pictures and video of proof so please I beg you defend yourself to me..
