*** * After weeks of not receiving my fliers and spotty deliver of my paper, I called in to their customer service to cancel my subscription I informed them of my issues and said to cancel it immediately The lady said ok and hung up on me A month later I was still being charged for the paper When I had someone call me about it, they said I was paid up until the end of november and wouldn't be charged after thatI said "No, I cancelled it a month ago, refund me for the months." Now that I got my credit card statement they only refunded me for half of november It wouldn't be such a big issue if I actually got my paper and fliers everyday like I paid for but I didn't!

The K-W Record delivery is spotty at best.
The delivery of Flyers does not exist even if promised.
