Metro Roofing

On 29 July 2014, Metro Roofing installed a new roof (ice guard, underlayment, ridge vent, shingles). At that time, we were given a 10-year workmanship warranty. All information is contained on the invoice, which was signed by the owner, ***. In November, 2019, during heavy rain, water began running down the wall of the master bedroom. Since that time, we have had at least two more leaks, the last on Thursday, 5 December. I have contacted the company on several occasions to invoke the warranty and have someone survey the roof and, if necessary, fix it. Although visits were promised, no one ever came. This is an urgent problem.
