We sincerely apologize for the delay. Our correspondence to Mr. [redacted] was not timely.  The tree has been scheduled to be trimmed next week. It should be completed before Thursday.

Review: I live at [redacted]. I am a member of the [redacted] Homeowners Association. My dues are currently up to date. There are association trees growing out of control on to my property, branches are hanging over and on top of my roof. With these branches laying on my roof during monsoon season there is a good chance of these branches moving roof tiles and causing my roof to leak. Contacted Metro Property Services almost (2) months ago, Talked to [redacted]. said he would come out and take a look at the pooperty. Have left voice mails and e-mails for the past four weeks wanting an update on when the trees will be trimmed. Not one message has been ansered.Desired Settlement: My dues are up to date. I expect the trees to be trimmed immediately. And an apology for the lack of common courtesy displayed by Metro Propery Services for not responding to my voice and e-mails.
