Renting from this place started out okay, but then quickly went down hillIt's really hard to get issues addressed when things go wrong in your apartment buildingsWhen my hot water went during a holiday the maintenance tech asked me, "Did I pay my bill?" instead of coming out to fix the problem and I had to wait until the following weekThis was the first of two times my hot water went outThat interaction is a direct reflection of how this company handles business, it's just a complete and total lack of accountability you receive when you conduct business with this company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
