Darrel did work for me a couple years ago and did a great job, however, I made separate calls to have him fix a minor issue (which he said he would take care of months ago) and never showed up or fixed anything Now my minor roof leak needs ceiling drywall repair as well

we were hired by the builder we were never hired by Ms Sample we installed a builder spec driveway as per the builders plans when you have paver in a driveway water can penetrate into the sub soils and can cause the base material to...
become soft we only followed the builders plans and specs there for there complaint should be with the builder and not us ...we did this project per spec.

We have reached out to Stonewood Builders per the response from Metro Paving but at this point Stonewood believes that Metro is liable and needs to stand behind their work. I do not consider this case to be closed given that our driveway is still a mess. We are caught between our Biulder and their subcontractor. What alternatives do I have at this point? Should I file a claim against our Builder.

we do hundreds of driveways per year and this driveway is a builders spec that we followed. We are well within industry standards on this project
while we were satisfied with the flooring the installation process was awful. first our installation dates were changed with very little notice which forced change in vacation schedule. Installers seemed uniformed about items covered in bid and were not prepared to finish job in a timely manner. materials were damaged during installation , were eventually replaced after several complaints and more delay. A three day installation promise took 21 days to finish, unacceptable when you have to be at work every day. I GOT THE FEELING THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING A FAIRLY SMALL JOB, WHY DID THEY MAKE THE BID?
