Metro Moving Company

Cancelled my move 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. Reason given: they had 2 guys call in and my job was too large to send remaining men--even after I explained I could get help we mainly needed their truck. Had my family of 5 (including 2 infants and a toddler) packed and ready to move... They wanted me to wait Friday to Monday to reschedule. Then they wouldn't return my call when I requested to speak with management. Didn't even offer to pay for the uhaul I ended up renting to move myself. Poor poor service
