Metro Medical Online

I was a regular customer of Metro Medical Online spending $625 on mastectomy products. After ordering for a set of asymmetrical breast prothesis, I received two of the same side. I was asked to send the Left one back and would give me a true Left. They sent me exactly the same item.

When contacting them, they blamed the manufacturer, then they blamed me. They never took responsibility for not fulfilling the order as placed.

If you have an issue with a product be aware they will try and make you feel like the issue is your fault or the manufacturers and you may never get what you ordered.

Metro Medical Online is not a reputable business. Any business should stand behind their products and be able to fulfill orders as placed.

I would've been a lifelong customer had they been a decent and reputable company.
