Metro Lock and Safe ruined an expensive blank key while trying to cut it using the key code.

Apparently this is too technical for them!

No apology! Just said "took too much brass off".

I'll will never use them again and recommend you stay away as well.

You can stop looking for a locksmith. You want these guys! The 40+ 5 star ratings on google speaks for itself.

Steve H. was who came out to me on Thanksgiving evening at 7pm. He arrived 10 minutes earlier than the 25 minutes he quoted over the phone and had my door unlocked in no time. This will be who I call from now on. Punctual, Polite and Outstanding service.
