I am rejecting this response because:
Metro General's response is not accurate for several reasons? First and foremost, I DID pay extra for a repair? So the entire first part of their massage is not even relevant? I paid an extra $to have a spider crack repaired? The "*** ***" ad that the business sent to you is not even a voucher that I purchased? Secondly, this business claims to have been by my house times but I know that this is not true because my wife lives at home and they have never come by on the days that they were scheduled to? Also, they have never left a note of any sort stating that they came by to assess the repair and have never followed up with me by phone or email. This business has basically blown me off repeatedly because they don't want to stand by the year warranty that they claim comes with their work? The document that I uploaded (Work Description) explains all of this in detail (warranty, price paid for repair, etc.) ? I've attached it for your reference

I am rejecting this response because:
Metro General's response is not accurate for several reasons. First and foremost, I DID pay extra for a repair. So the entire first part of their massage is not even relevant. I paid an extra $25 to have a spider crack repaired. The "[redacted]" ad that the business sent to you is not even a voucher that I purchased. Secondly, this business claims to have been by my house 3 times but I know that this is not true because my wife lives at home and they have never come by on the days that they were scheduled to. Also, they have never left a note of any sort stating that they came by to assess the repair and have never followed up with me by phone or email. This business has basically blown me off repeatedly because they don't want to stand by the 2 year warranty that they claim comes with their work. The document that I uploaded (Work Description) explains all of this in detail (warranty, price paid for repair, etc.) I've attached it for your reference.
